THE PROBLEM:
There’s this one group of software developers who sent us a letter through UPS demanding that we take down the site and/or give up the domain name. They have lots of issues mentioned in the letter.
(Legal letter from their attorney is withheld for legal purposes.)
We’re NOT YET sure if we’re pushing through with this project under the same name but one thing is for sure, a small number of our VIP subscribers can get inside soon…
Call us hard-headed but our lawyers are also looking at this and they say we should not be afraid of that letter we received through UPS. We’re NOT doing anything wrong so they have no legal issues at all…
